Our return policy lasts 100 days from the date of purchase. If more than 100 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns on personalized or customized orders.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging

Stylo Gallery reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically reflect within 2–5 business days

Return Shipping

If your return request is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exception:
We will cover return shipping only if the item received is:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Broken/defective

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order:
