Once an order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. If the shipment is delivered and the customer receives a faulty product, he or she may raise a return request.

Tentative Delivery Timelines
(after 12–24 hours for order processing)

• Free Shipping: 4–7 working days
• Express Shipping: 3–5 working days
• Priority Express Shipping (2–3 days): Available only for metro cities (Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai & Kolkata)

Priority Express is not applicable for orders above 3 bags or 2 butterfly chairs, as higher weight exceeds the ₹300 shipping budget.

Terms & Conditions:
Some of our leather goods are made-to-order or may be under production. We maintain limited stock to ensure fresh, high-quality leather products for every customer. Products will ship once available. Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, even if a specific shipping method is selected.

Paid Shipping Cut-off Time:
Orders placed before 2 PM will be shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped on the next working day.

Shipping Charges Policy:
We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, a ₹100 COD charge per product will be applied.
Example: If your order includes three products, a COD charge of ₹300 will be levied.

International Shipping:
Stylo Gallery ships globally. Most international orders are delivered within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines are indicative. Remote areas in Europe and North America may experience delays.

Import Duty & Sales Tax

• USA: Shipments under $800 are generally exempt from duties and taxes
• Australia: Goods under AUD 1,000 are typically exempt
• Non-EU Countries: Shipments may be subject to import fees and taxes upon arrival
• EU Countries: Bulk orders may attract additional import taxes
